iii - 15-20s chin over bar hold
iv - 3 three position ring rows - (8s per)

15 DB push press - approx 45% bdywt combined DB's
50 double unders/100 singles/1 min of skipping
15 wall balls

Accessory:

2 min dowel sit
4x10 ankle CARS
