Training Plan for Monday June 4th 2018

A1) dot drill

- 5 sets of 1 round

A2) weighted box jumps

- 4-6 sets of 3 (weight > height)

B) pause power clean (3s pause in hang)

- 4-6 sets of 1.1.1 climbing

C) every 2 min for 10 rounds

3 power clean + 2 hang power clean + 3 front squats - climbing

D) 1 round

- 5 wristys
- 20 standing plate press @2121

Notes:

- in part A), clean starts on the floor and has a pause for 3s above the knee, from there you will continue on with the clean
- weight over height in box jump
- add weight as needed in clean sequence in part B)
- touch and go reps are not encouraged
