A1) cossack squats

- 3 sets of 6/6 - @3131

A2) i) 360' jumps ii) 180' jumps iii) 90' jumps

- 3 sets of 3/3

B1) i) squat to box

- 5 sets of 5 - @2222 - 65% of 3RM B. squat

or ii) back squat 3RM

B2) side plank

- 5 sets of 20/20s

C) 10 min to complete reps of

- 20 goblet squats - 20% of 3RM b.squat
- 14 alternating single DB front rack lunges
- 10 push ups

D) 2 rounds

- 2 min dowel sit
- 2 min front rack mobility - coaches choice

Notes:

- adhere to tempo in cossack squats, add weight if coach suggests
- complete 3RM back squat if not complete
- same weight for lunges as goblet squats
