A2) DB high pulls

- 3 sets of 4/4 - climbing

B) OTM 15 min

- 1-2 reps each minute of

i) clean ii) DB hang cleans iii) front squats - from rack

B) OTM 15 min

- 1-2 reps each minute of

i) clean ii) DB hang cleans iii) front squats - from rack

min 1-2-3 - 70% 7/10 rpe
1 min rest
min 5-6-7 - 80% 8/10 rpe
1 min rest
min 9-10 - 90% 9/10 rpe
2 min rest
min 11-12 - 95%+ 10/10 rpe

C) 2 minutes of each

- kneeling wrist extension stretch
- 10 second closed fist wrist rotations

Notes:

- prioritize tempo over weight during A1)
- move weight down slower than up during high pulls
- climb to 1RM if able and interested in finding a max clean
- practice cleans or front squats in part B) if not doing 1RM clean
