Training Plan for Monday October 15th 2018

A) front squat

- use the following rep scheme to climb to a 3RM

- 5-5-4-4-3-3-3

B) take 20 min to complete rounds of

- 15m sled pull
- 15m sled push
- 100m DB farmer carry - approx 3/4 bdywt
- i) 400m run ii) 800m bike
- 50/50m front rack KB carry - approx 25% bdywt

C) 2 minute per

- 1/2 kneeling addi stretch
- quadruped hip rotations

Notes:

- skip part B) if needed to allow for more time to squat
- climb in weight for part B) where needed
