A) every 2:30 for 10 rounds (25 min) choose one of the following

1) goblet squat @2211 2) front squat 3) back squats

00:00 - 5 reps @55%
2:30 - 5 reps @65%
5:00 - 5 reps @65%
7:30 - 5 reps @75%
10:00 - 5 reps @75%
12:30 - 5 reps @80%
15:00 - 5 reps @80%
17:30 - 5 reps @80%
20:00 - 5 reps @80%
22:30 - 5 reps @80%

B) OTM 10 min

- 3-10 burpees

C) Accessory

- 2 min couch stretch per side
- 8.8.8.8 banded elbow circles

Notes:

- choose squat variation based on strength needs
- tempo only applies to goblet squats
- there is lots of rest in part A) so be sure to take your time each set and hit those percents; no reason to adjust to lighter weights today
- pick the same number and hold for all ten rounds in part B)
- RPE of 9/10
