Need help with your cleans?

Thursdays Workout: Partner power clean/ring dip pyramid 2 Ring Dip/2 power clean, 4 ring dip/4 power clean, 6 ring dip/6 power cleans, 8 ring dips/8 power cleans, 10ring dips/10 power cleans, 8 ring dips/8 power cleans, 6 ring dips/6 power cleans/4 ring dips/4 power cleans, 2 ring dips/2 power cleans. This workout was inspired by the crossfit games team training. Partner A is going to start on the rings and do 1 ring dip and partner B is going to start on the bar and do 1 Power clean, then you will switch so Partner A will do a power clean and Partner B will do a ring dip. You cannot switch until your partner has completed his or her exercise. Weight for girls is 95lbs, weight for guys is 155lbs. When the crossfit games team did this, we did 100 reps of everything rather than the 50. Need help with your cleans?
