New Format for Crossfit.ca

image Taking a Break From Looting In a few weeks we will be unveiling a new format for crossfit.ca. Instead of having the WOD on the main Page it will appear as a button on the side and will continue with the same content as now. The main page will include a welcome / intro at the top and focus exclusively on "NEWS, SCIENCE & EDITORIAL". We have done this so it is much easier for you to access (Think archives) all the really cool and interesting information on our website. So instead of week of Popeye day 5 heading will look more like...... "lactic acid threshold", "long term potentiation of nerve cells", "Why traditional off ice, hockey training sucks".
