- Meat is bad for you.
- Fruit will make you fat.
- Now even veggies are bad for you!
I work with my clients to simplify nutrition and focus on the fundamentals:
- Eat more whole, nutrient-dense foods.
- Get enough quality protein.
- Eat lots of veggies.
- Minimize processed foods.
- Eat the right amounts of food (FYI this often means eating MORE!)
If you want clarity on how to nourish your body, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
