Olympic Thursday at CrossFit Vancouver

Thursday's Workout: Power Clean 3, 3, 3, 3, 3 Score is the highest weight you successfully lift in any given round. Take some time to recover between rounds. Here is an interesting video on the geometric angles of the Power Clean. Notice how she keeps her back angle consistent until she moves to the transition. Elbows are moving like lightning. A nice clean. She has a bit of a donkey kick though. Her feet are a little narrow as well. Here is another video illustrating the cadence I would like to see during your round. Fast feet on this guy. However, watch how he drops the bar from his shoulders before he stands up all the way on his first 2 lifts. A big no no. Happy lifting!
