Overcoming Deficiencies

Your bodys an amazing thing and constantly provides signals for what it needs. The problem is that we tend to ignore these signals. Take the example of a common cold. You get a cold because your body needs to detox. By taking common cold medicine, you are eliminating the symptoms (the cold), but not solving the problem (eliminating the toxins in your body that your body was trying to detox in the first place). Instead you are much better off drinking plenty of fluids and having a hot ginger bath to sweat it all out!. Another example of your body providing signals has to do with food sensitivities and digestive problems (gas, bloating, constipation, diahrea...). Many food sensitivities arise because you are deficient in the vitamins, minerals, and amino acid combinations are necessary for the complete absorption of particular foods. Rather than ignoring the signs, if you overcome these deficiencies, you will then not only be able to tolerate a broader range of foods, but will be providing your body the nutrients it needs for efficient operation. --Vitamins such as Vitamin E are often made from wheat germ and are not absorbed properly by the person with a wheat allergy (Includes allergies to feathers, wool, dust, detergents, at & Dog Dander). The antidotes to a wheat allergy are magnesium and Vitamin F. The herbs Black Walnut and Kelp are also helpful in correcting a wheat allergy, as they are naturally rich in Magnesium and other essential minerals. A lack of both Sodium and the amino acid Histidine will also cause an allergy to wheat. --A milk allergy (includes cheese) can be corrected by the administration of Potassium. Milk and cheese can be allergenic if there is a deficiency of Potassium in the body. Once the Potassium level is brought up, the person will tolerate milk more readily. The Milk intolerance can also be corrected by Aspartic acid and Vitamin D. --Citrus fruits such as Oranges, Lemons, Grapefruit, Tangerines, Pineapple, Cantaloupe, and Tomatoes can be allergenic when Patothenic Acid (Vitamin B-5) is deficient. Stress or trauma will cause the Adrenal Glands to burn up a great deal of Pantothenic Acid, which frequently results in an allergy to the citrus group. This can occur with both mental and emotional stress. The mineral antidote for citrus allergy is Calcium and the amino acid antidote for Citrus is Serine.
