OverHead Squats

Wow! Front flip fun was a hit. Saw some people stick the landing pretty. No bloody noses either! Last Thursday was a great workout. Originally TBear had us do that 15, 7 and 3 rep max with the OverHead Squat (last summer). It was awesome. People showed up and went hard at it. Been meaning to do that again and they say there is no time like the present. Thursday's Workout: Pre Warm Up - DO NOT LOLLYGAG - If you do, you are a lollygager. Warm up your whole body, especially your shoulder, really well. Warm Up: 30 Med Ball Squat Clean and Jerks for Time (20/12 lbs) Workout: TBear Torture OverHead Squat 3, 7 and 15 Rep Max Score is total of all maxes. No limit on failures. My coaching is do your heavy 3 rep first. Probably 15 next then 7 last. Everyone is different though. Don't burn out on warm up lifts. Check out the concentration on this guy's face. Stupid strong.
