Today's workout will consist of ........ 200m run , 5 hollow rocks, 1 Deadlifts 200m run, 10 hollow rocks, 2 Deadlifts 200m run, 15 hollow rocks, 3 Deadlifts 200m run, 20 hollow rocks, 4 Deadlifts 200m run, 25 hollow rocks, 5 Deadlifts 200m run 20 hollow rocks, 4 Deadlifts 200m run 15 hollow rocks, 3 Deadlifts 200m run 10 hollow rocks, 2 Deadlifts 200m run 5 hollow rocks, 1 Deadlifts The weight for the deadlifts are 1.5 x bodyweight for guys, and bodyweight for the lasses.
