Pumpkin Soup


Pumkpin Soup - Dashies Mum.
 
  • 2 Onions chopped
  • 2 Cloves garlic
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Half a Pumpkin half (or as much as you need) chopped into bite size pieces
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

----------------------------------------------

  • Boil all together
  • Drain but save the water
  • Mash pumpkin add a bit of butter and some cream/milk and some pumpkin water 
  • Make it thick or thin by adding more water
  • Stir to reheat but don't boil
