- 30 ground to overhead
- 20 alternating single DB front rack step ups - 25% bdywt
- 10 strict hspu/pike/standing DB press/push up

D) 1 round

- 12/12 wall or floor shoulder flexion reps
- 8/8 single arm prone snow angels
