Training Plan for Saturday August 24th 2019

A) take 16 min to complete one of the following - climbing to 8/10

- 1) 1.1.1 hang power clean with 3s pause in hang and in 3s pause in catch

- 2) 3 deadlifts

B) every 5 min for 3 rounds

- 14-28 wall balls
- 14-28 med ball reverse lunges
- 14-28 med ball push press

C) Accessory

2 rounds

- 10/10 banded clam shells
- 5/5 side over arch with reach

Notes:

- choose clean if you can deadlift over bodyweight and maintain a front rack position
- choose deadlift if strength needs to increase
- use same numbers for all 3 rounds of B)
- aim to have 30s of rest each round
- RPE of 7-8/10
