A) every 2:30 for 8 rounds (20 min)

- 4 strict pull up variation
- 8 strict push up variation
- 12 farmer hold box step ups @25-35% bdywt per hand

B) every 2:30 for 4 rounds (10 min)

- 15 goblet squats @20-30% bdywt
- 10 russian kb swings @20-30% bdywt
- 5 strict midline variation

C) Accessory

2 min pec stretch per side
30 elevated calf raises @3111

Notes:

- use push and pull up variation that are on harder than you can complete 5 sets of 10 at
- use heaviest weight possible in the window given during step ups
- use heaviest weight possible during squats and swing with the window given
- use hardest midline variation possible
- RPE of 8/10
