Training Plan for Saturday February 17th 2018

A) clean & jerk

- 5 sets of 1.1.1 - climbing

or work to a challenging single if not complete

B) every 2 min for 6 rounds

- 4 clean & jerks - 50% of 1RM
- 3-6 strict pull ups/10 consecutive ring rows AHAP

C) - gather 3 min in active deadhang

Notes:

- clean & jerks are treated as singles in a cluster of 3
- start in hardest position possible on ring rows and move feet back during set to allow for 10 reps in a row
