Training Plan for Saturday February 23rd 2019

A) choose one of the following

1) deadlifts 2) tall cleans 3) hang muscle cleans

- 5 sets of 5 - climbing to 8/10

B) 14 min to complete max distance

teams of 4-6

- 15m sled push + 5 burpees
i) 225 ii) 185 iii) 135 iv) 105

C) Accessory

- 6 reps 10s elbow rotations per direction, per elbow
- 10/10 reps kneeling rock back 

Notes:

- choose hinging variation based on strength needs
- adhere to sled weights and choose most appropriate weight
- coach can adjust sleds as needed
- goal is to begin burpees right after the sled begins to travel in the opposite direction
- move your own handles each round
