Training Plan for Friday February 29th 2020

A) 3 rounds

- 20/20s overhead DB / landmine hold

- 20-40s plank hold

> bent elbow
> straight arm
> rings
> single arm
> single arm ring

B) 30 min in teams of 3-4, trading rounds of

- 15m reverse sled drag @approx bdywt

- 10 burpees

- 15m sled push

Notes:

- adhere to red-yellow-green light in part A)
- use plank variation that allows for the best position and the greatest amount of time
- choose partners of similar height and strength
- RPE of 9/10
