B) 30s on 30s for 10 min
- burpees
C) 30s on 30s for 10 min
- row C2 @120-140%
D) Accessory
- 2 min dowel sit
- 6/6/6/6 ankle CARS
Notes:
- climb in weight during press and high pull as needed
- aim for time of work over reps
- reps may drop on the burpees
- aim to hold rowing pace for as much of the 30s as possible
- RPE of 9/10
