A1) cossack squats

- 3 sets of 6/6 - @3131

A2) i) 360' jumps ii) 180' jumps iii) 90' jumps

- 3 sets of 3/3

B) back squat

- 4-6 sets of 3 climbing to an 8/10 effort - no missed reps

C) every 4 min for 4 rounds

30s max distance sled push
rest 3:30

D) 1 round

- 20 floor or wall angels
- 10/10 + 10/10 banded elbow rotations

Notes:

- no misses on back squat
- work up to 80% of most recent 3RM
- test 3RM if not complete
- easy does it on first 1-2 rounds of part C)
- avoid starting too fast and too hard"
