Training Plan for Saturday March 24th 2018

A) every 2 min for 7 rounds

- 8-12 burpee box jumps

B) 25 min to cycle through

- 50/50m overhead DB carry
- 15/15m lateral sled drag
- 200m plate carry
- 2x15s hanging leg raises

C) 1 round

- 2 min 90-90 sit per side
- 2x30s lean and loiter


- should have approx 1 min of rest in part A)
- overhead DB carry should be done without setting weight down
- plate carry should be cumbersome and annoying
