A) every 2 min for 7 rounds

- 6-12 lateral box jump overs
- 12-18 russian KB swings

B) for 25 min cycle through

- 100m farmer carry - bodywt
- 12 alt single DB front rack step ups - approx 25% bdywt

- complexes of

- 6 single arm DB deadlift
- 6 single arm DB hang power cleans
- 6 single arm DB front squats

one round R then one one round L

C) 1 round

- 5 wristys
- 20 standing plate press @2121

Notes:

- jump or step in burpees for part A)
- farmer carry should be as heavy as possible in part B(
- position bias for DB cleans in part B)
