Training Plan for Saturday May 4th 2019

A1) choose one of the following

1) 10 deadlifts @20X1 - climbing to 7/10
2) 100m DB farmer carry @60-80% bdywt per hand

- 5 sets - climbing in weight

A2) strict pull up variation

- 5 sets of 3-10

B) every 2 min for 5 rounds

- 100, 200 or 300m run or 20-30 alt step ups

rest 1 min

every 2 min for 5 rounds

- 10-20 burpee box jump overs

C) Accessory

- 2 min dowel sit
- 1 min single leg stand per side (other leg is bent and in max hip flexion)

Notes:

- choose any deadlift variation you like
- perform same distance run and burpees each round in part B)
- suggested RPE of 7-8/10
