For those of you that are familiar with the 5 week Open, let's talk.
We will be running The Open workouts Saturday morning from 8-10 and Sundays from 11-12. Please note that we will not be providing times during regular class hours to allow anyone to do The Open workouts. Speak with your coach about when you can get the weekly workout done if you are unable to make it for the above times.
If you are interested to learn about what The Open is, speak to me or grab your coach and ask them what's up.
