Well i hope you all enjoyed the first full week of training in 2009.. i have on more workout for this Saturday..... max # of reps in 2 minutes press 65lbs/ 45lbs kettlebell swings red/grey 2 minute rest, max # of reps in 2 minutes push press 95lbs/ 65 lbs kettlebell swings red/grey 2 minute rest max # reps in 2 minutes push jerk {squat not split jerk} 95lbs/ 65 lbs kettlebell swings red/grey press for 2 min, kettlebell for 2 min, rest for 2 min push press for 2 min, kettlebell for 2 min, rest for 2 min, push jerk for 2 min, kettlebell for 2 min, do your math for 2 min.... highest total wins. make sure your presses are over head and fully extended. kept kettlebells light to rest backs from 'big man night" watch form on the k.b swings popeye
