A2) db pull over

4 sets of 8-12 reps

Conditioning:

OTM 15 min

1: 30s DB floor press - approx 50% of bdywt
2: 30s front rack KB hold - approx 50% bdywt
3: 30s burpee box jumps

Accessory:

2 rounds

1 min seated shoulder extension stretch
20 kneeling scap push ups
