Saturday Team Workout

No leader board for today's workout. Instead we will be doing a big team workout. The exact number of repetitions will depend on how many people show up, but it will include many different movements including but not limited to burpees (can't have a week go by with no burpees), knees to elbows, front squats, handstand pushups and more!
