It was a big success. He came in under weight and now has some extra bills in his pocket.
The last week was a little tense as he had 10.2lbs to go. It came down to hour plus runs everyday, 90 minute workouts in MadLab ending with weight vests and sweating everything off in a big hoodie. He reducing his calories from 700/day to less than 200 on the last couple days- basically a couple ounces of fish and some raw broccoli.

So after a couple trips he's had planned and buying a new wardrobe he'll be back in to stack some muscle on his 176lb frame.
