Sheppy Leads His 5pm Class

We found some old footage of Sheppy leading his 5pm Class on the computer the other day, and thought it was a great example of the ten General Physical Skills (CvCr Endurance, Stamina, Flexiblity, Strength, Speed, Power, Co-Ordination, Balance, Agility, and Accuracy), that we at Crossfit Vancouver hold in such high regard, in action. The video was pretty ruff around the edges, so I got BK to dust it off, jazz it up, and put music to it. Here's what we came up with: Looking good Sheppy!
