I just brought in some tasty short ribs that are the same ones Julio serves at Lupo's.
All natural grass-fed packs are available in the freezer.
Cost $24 per pack
Packs contain 2 bone in ribs (Appx 14oz/ea).
I would cook up 4 at a time as they taste even better as a left over.

Anyway, this short rib meal is now made even easier for you with your Instant Pot at home.
There are a ton of recipes out there but generally all you really need to do is:
Start with cooking up some bacon to get some tasty fat to sear and brown the short ribs.
Saute a onion, a few garlic cloves and 3 whole carrots
After cooking these up then add beef broth and bring to a boil. Or use some red wine or both.
Add the short ribs and bacon back in and cook on manual - after around 35 minutes you'll have delicious fall off the bone short ribs that you could put atop your spiced up cauliflower mash. Even make up some gravy with the remains.
