Check out Alex Lee, he competes in the 135 lbs weight class. Here he is toying with 220lbs. Crazy Fast! Today's Skill tech Element: 3 pos Snatch x 5 @ 60-65% (start high and work down. Mid thigh, above knee, ground floor) Stay light and precise. Today's Workout (Cf Santa Clara): 1 Snatch (squat snatch) attempt every minute for 7 Minutes. Total the weight (of successful attempts), highest total wins. If you miss a lift you get a zero towards your total for that minute. You can add or subtract weight to/from the bar between attempts.
