Classes are back to regular times for today. Friday's Workout: Warm up: ABCs Tech: 50 m Sprint 1 minute rest in between Workout: Front Squat 5,5,5,5,5 Leader Board score is total of 5 sets. For example - If you did 200 lbs for the first 3 sets and 225 lbs for the last 2 then your score would be 1050 lbs. Warm up really well. Especially the groin and hamstrings! image
