Strength in the posterior

A big shout out to everyone who showed up to celebrate Canada day and partake in Hoover Ball (and celebrate we did cool smile ) . Thursday's workout will focus on strengthening the posterior chain ala the "DEADLIFT". Coaches do a short warm up and then have class build to a 1 RM deadlift... use around 20 minutes to do so. Keep reps low (3) to avoid fatigue, and increase load until 1 RM is achieved. Then, take 80 % of your 1 RM and perform as many 3 rep sets (unbroken, and without re-griping) as possible in 20 minutes.
