Team up for Saturday’s Workout Friday, April 03, 2009

image Good effort in the gym Friday. Our grip seemed to limit us on the heavy hang cleans. Expect the coaches to hit us with some heavy clean/snatch pulls and shrugs in the coming weeks. These will all help. I'll post this workout again in the summer. For Saturday - spin the pen and team up for:
3 Rounds of 30 Weighted Pullups (35/15) 30 Push Press (115/75) 400m Run
Both partners must run. No racks and one person may only work out at once. Use 30 and 40lb d-bells if needed. Adjust 5 reps up and down accordingly. Remember - Town Hall Meeting tomorrow at 3:00pm
