Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
135 pound Power Cleans, 3 reps
6 Push-ups
9 Squats
Rest 1 minute.
Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.
Warm-up -
a light 10 min Crossfit Endurance Running Interval Drill
Let's use our same 232m back alley loop.
45 sec Run, 45 sec Rest, 1 min Run, 1 min Rest, 1:15 Run 1:15 Rest
up to a 1:30 Run & 1:15 Rest then back down the ladder
w/ 1:15 run 1 min Rest, 1 min Run, 45 sec Rest, then 45 sec Run
