Nutts Cup is less than a week away and it's time to give you some details about workouts so you can start scheming, strategizing and getting mentally prepared.

After these three events, there will be a final event for the top 3 teams only at 2:45 pm.

each partner completes 1 of the following

20/15 cal bike + 15 thrusters 85/55 + 3 rope climb
25/20 cal bike + 15 thrusters + 2 rope climb
30/25 cal bike + 15 thrusters + 1 rope climb
Div 1
20/15 cal bike + 20 thrusters 135/85 + 5 rope climb 
(65/45 for teen teams)
25/20 cal bike + 25 thrusters + 4 rope climbs
30/25 cal bike + 30 thrusters + 3 rope climb
