When we think about ribs, we often think about them being slathered in BBQ sauce....
So. Much. Sugar!
When you try these Greek ribs, you won't miss BBQ sauce AT ALL.
Here's how you make em.
Step 1: Boil the baby back ribs for two hours in a big pot on the stove
Step 2: Prepare your marinade: 1 cup lemon juice, 1 cup tamari or soy sauce, 1 Tbsp oregano and 1/2 cup olive oil
Step 3: Throw the cooked ribs into the marinade and let them marinate for at least two hours (or even overnight)
Step: Crisp up the ribs either in the oven on broil or on the BBQ.
The marinade gets all into them and you won't need to add anything else!
