This weeks Wod's have focused on cardio/respiratory(oxidative pathway), muscle stamina/endurance (glycolytic pathway... with some overlap). Tomorrow's WOD will focus more on the Creatine/Phosphagen energy system and STRENGTH!!!! Thrusters 135lbs/95lbs ... maximum number of reps in 15 sec...45 sec rest Pullups or chinups 50lbs/20lbs ... maximum number of reps in 15 sec ... 45 sec rest Burpees ... maximum number of reps in 15 sec ... 45 sec rest.... begin round two Complete 5 rounds... Total all the reps for each exercise and for all five rounds... highest score takes "gold" Time keepers, be as accurate as possible with the work (15 sec) to rest (45 sec) ratio
