Training Plan for Thursday April 11th 2019

A1) choose one of the following

1) 10 deadlifts @20X1 - climbing to 7/10
2) 100m DB farmer carry @60-80% bdywt per hand

- 5 sets - climbing in weight

A2) seated L-sit variation

- 5 sets accumulating 30s

B) 18 min to complete max distance

teams of 4-6

- 15m sled push sprint + 5 burpees
i) 225 ii) 185 iii) 135 iv) 105 

C) Accessory

- 10 banded supine no money drill with 3s pause
- 3 bent over trap three raise

Notes:

- all deadlifts and farmer carry sets should be done without stopping
- use L-sit position that allows for the greatest amount of hip flexion
- take approx 15s max to cover 15m
- be sure to have partner 1 finish burpees before partner 2 begins and so on...
- suggested RPE of 7-8/10
