Training Plan for Thursday April 18th 2019

A1) choose one of the following hinging variations

1) deadlifts 2) tall cleans 3) hang muscle cleans

- 5 sets of 5 - climbing to 8/10

A2) single arm DB high pull

- 5 sets of 5/5 climbing @2121

A3) banded palof rotations

- 5 sets of 8/8

B) every 2 min for 10 rounds

- 5-10 no jump DB burpees
- 15-25 air squats

C) Accessory

- 10 banded supine no money drill with 3s pause
- 3 bent over trap three raise

Notes:

- choose hinging variation based on strength needs
- adhere to tempo during high pulls
- aim to have 20-30s rest per interval in part B)
- maintain same rep scheme for all 10 sets in part B)
- suggested RPE of 6-7/10
