A1) squat to box - (box squat)

- 5 sets of 3 @2212 - climbing to 7/10

A2) handstand variations

- 5 sets of 30-60s

- i. wall facing
- ii. outward facing
- iii. wall walk
- iv. pike hold
- v. overhead barbell hold
- vi. single arm overhead DB hold

B) 17 min with a partner trading off rounds

20 wall balls
40 double unders/30s of skipping

C) - 10/10/10/10 ankle CARS

Notes:

- high bar back squat is preferred in part A)
- time under tension over harder handstand variation
- wall ball is 4-8% of 3Rm front squat
