- 1st: 30s bike @450/300+ watts
- 2nd: 20 russian kb swings
- 3rd: 1.1.1.1.1 box jumps
- 4th: 30s i) strict toes to bar ii) v-ups ii) tuck ups iv) sit ups

C) 1 round

- 2 min straight leg wall traction
- 2 min static lunge per leg

Notes:

- no tap and go on deadlift
- dead stop each rep
