Training Plan for Thursday August 29th 2019

A) every 2 min for 6 rounds (12 min)

i) 3 hang clean pulls + 1 hang clean + 5 front squats - climbing to 65-75% of 3RM f.squat

ii) 10 russian kb swings + 8 goblet squats @30-40% bdywt

B) OTM 20 min - 40s on 20s off

1: air bike @110-130%
2: strict push up variation
3: strict pull up variation
4: skips or double unders
5: static midline hold

C) Accessory

- 10/10 med ball curls (supinated)
- 10 prone Y's with 2s hold

Notes:

- climb in weight as need between %'s given
- hold highest air bike number possible
- use pull up variation that is one harder than you can complete 5 set of 10 at
- use push up variation that is one harder than you can complete 5 set of 10 at
- attempt to hold midline variation for entire 40s each round
- RPE of 8/10
