- 8-12 strict pull up/AHAP ring row
- 15m sled push - climbing as needed
- 30m farmer carry - AHAP

B) Conditioning

every 3 min for 5 rounds

- 250/200m row C2
- 10 strict toes to bar/20s hanging leg raise/20 tuck ups

C) Accessory

2 rounds

- 10 per side, per direction ankle CARS
- 15/15 kneeling rock backs
