B) 16 min with a partner trading rounds

- 12 alt DB front rack step ups @15-25% bdywt (one DB)

- 2 min couch stretch per side
- 3 wristies
- 10/10 1/2 kneeling kickbacks

Notes:

- choose pressing variation based on red-yellow-green light overhead test
- attempt to wrap band around chest during banded rows
- aim to complete each round with minimal rest during set, as rest occurs while other partner is working
- RPE of 7-8/10
