Training Plan for Thursday June 20th 2019

A) every 2:30 min for 5 rounds complete

- 3 front squat @65% of 3RM

- 30s rest

- 1.1.1.1 max effort power box jumps

B) 14 min to complete max reps of

"Red Arizona"

- 300m run or 900m bike

- 20 alt DB front rack step ups @15-25% bdywt per hand

- 10 strict midline variation

C) Accessory

- 2 min couch stretch per side
- 3 wristies
- 10/10 kneeling kickbacks

Notes:

- attempt to land softly and in a ready position during power box jumps
- run if able, bike if not during part B)
- attempt to complete all sets of midline variation in one set
- RPE of 8/10
