- 10 unbroken push up variation
- 20 russian kb swings @10-15% of 1RM d.lift
- 40 double unders or single skips

C) Accessory

- 2 min couch stretch per side
- 3 wristies
- 10/10 1/2 kneeling kickbacks

Notes:

- deadlift temp is performed on all sets
- focus on staying tall and upright during high pulls
- good score is 5-6 rounds, great score is 6-8 rounds elite score is 8 rounds or more in part C)
