Training Plan for Thursday November 7th 2019

A) every 2 min for 7 rounds complete one of the following

- 1.1.1 power clean with 2s pause in catch - climbing to 8/10

- 1.1.1.1 clean pulls - climbing to 8/10

- 5 deadlifts - 55/65/70/4 sets @75% of 1RM

B) 16 min to complete max reps

"Wisconsin"

- 20 burpees
- 20 single arm DB front rack alt forward lunges @35-45% bdywt
- 60 skips or double unders

C) Accessory

- 5 wristies
- 8.8.8.8 banded elbow circles 

Notes:

- if able to front squat bodyweight, consider choosing power cleans
- if able to deadlift bodyweight, consider choosing clean pulls
- if unable to deadlift bodyweight, consider choosing deadlifts
- use heaviest weight possible during lunges in part B)
- aim to complete 3+ rounds in part B)
- RPE of 8/10
